O.S.P. is a popular lure company in Japan, but not as well known in other countries. It's owned by Toshinari Namiki, a top angler who has fished both the BASS and FLW top tournament trails from the late 1990's through 2006. Toshinari designs all O.S.P. lures himself and with hopes of introducing his tournament-winning lures to other anglers, he began to distribute O.S.P. lures in the United States in 2006, his final season here, after which he returned home to Japan.
Still, O.S.P. lures are relatively new and unfamiliar to anglers in the USA (or anywhere outside Japan). I know that a handful of top US bass pros who had been personally introduced to his lures by Namiki, several of those pros really like and still depend on O.S.P. lures to do well in top competition to this day, and they don't tell anyone.

A fat, fairly heavy topwater crank for it's 2-1/2" size. Dai Buzzn' is a number one choice for summer fishing including night fishing, since it rarely ever dips below the surface, and it has great traction on top It has a powerful wake that attracts fish even when it's windy, very muddy or in thick cover. The Dai Buzzn' starts to wake almost immediately and it resists diving under the surface. It also resists skipping out or jumping out of the water or otherwise breaking its waking cadence - even when it is windy or the water's choppy.
The walls of the bait have a honeycombed rib or lattice structure on the inside wall. This gives the walls incredible strength and lightness with less material than usual.
