The deps Realiser was designed for big bass. This is a big bait. It is not overly long - 4-1/2 inches (113 mm), but deep-bodied and weighs over 1-1/2 ounces (45 grams). It is a big bait for big bass and best used on heavy tackle suitable for casting and fishing this size swimbait.

The action and effect of the Realiser is remindful of the deps Buzzjet 96 topwater lure. So if you know and like how the Buzzjet works on top, the Realiser has that same style of action, but underwater, running down to three (Realiser Jr.) to five feet (Realiser) deep.

The manufacturer says the Realiser can be fished super fast to locate bass quickly or dead slow to entice wary fish. When it bumps into anything, pause so it will slowly rise toward the surface. Killing the retrieve like this will often trigger brutal strikes. The feathered tail hook provides extra subtle action when the bait is rising or at rest.

Low floating. Like real sunfish sits under the surface., it mimics blue gill that are hiding in weeds and come to the surface to sun and feed. It can also be used as a reaction bait and retrieved at high speeds and be used similar to a lipless vibration.

Rolling Action. Wide rolling action throws off flash (due to its underlying holographic base coat) and leaves a turbulent trail behind it.

Realistic Finish. The Realiser is base-coated with a holographic base that's painted over with a super fine detailed realistic finish and a feathered tail hook.

Tapered Rounded Lip. Allows the bait to avoid being hung up in weeds and snags. has a low resistance when retrieved. Pushes the bait to dive to depths of 5 feet.
